Business Process & Documentation Redesign
Analyzed workflows, approval processes and documentation for a large organization with approximately ¥500 million in capital, then redesigned information architecture and navigation from the user's perspective. Responsible for analysis, BPR, stakeholder coordination and project execution.

Interviewed operational teams across industries including retail and staffing, identified manual work, knowledge concentration and information gaps, and designed practical improvements suited to each workplace.

Hybrid AI Chatbot
Built a hybrid chatbot combining rule-based routing and AI. Replaced a monthly SaaS setup with a self-managed system centered on a $5/month server plus API usage. It handled over 30 inquiries per day and recorded an approximately 40% conversion rate.

Process Improvement & Enablement
Built data-transfer automation with GAS, an in-house newsletter workflow and an AI-assisted drafting process—reducing approximately ¥600,000 in annual outsourcing costs as well as manual effort and errors.
