Yes. We organize the source documents, confirm access controls and update procedures, then build a small RAG implementation. Representative questions are used to evaluate answer quality and source citations before the scope is expanded.
The schedule depends on document volume, access-control requirements and the systems that need to be connected. We first define the test items and acceptance criteria, then run the smallest workable version before adding further capabilities.
We review data export options, APIs, conversation logs and the current routing rules to define what can be migrated. Required behavior is reproduced in the new architecture and compared in parallel with the existing system before cutover.
